Overview:
As the Content Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and management of all content across various platforms. Your role is pivotal in shaping the brand voice, engaging our audience, and driving player retention through compelling content experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and target audience.
● Identify key themes, topics, and messaging strategies to resonate with players and enhance brand awareness.
● Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in content innovation and effectiveness.
Content Creation and Curation:
● Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
● Collaborate with internal and external content creators, including writers, designers, and multimedia specialists, to produce high-quality content.
● Curate user-generated content and leverage player stories and testimonials to enrich the brand narrative.
Content Management and Optimization:
● Manage content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and publication of content assets.
● Optimize content for search engine visibility, user engagement, and conversion goals.
● Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Brand Voice and Tone:
● Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content touchpoints.
● Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, values, and regulatory requirements.
● Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on brand communication standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
● Ensure all content adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in the gaming industry.
● Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
Job requirements
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
● Proven experience in content management, preferably within the online gaming or entertainment industry.
● Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
● Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
● Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the online gaming industry.
● Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
