Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Web Analyst with a passion for iGaming to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Amplitude, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). You will be responsible for tracking user behavior, implementing data collection strategies, and generating actionable insights to optimize website performance. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring data accuracy and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities with the team:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain web tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • Configure and analyze user behavior data in Amplitude to support product and marketing teams.

  • Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct Hotjar demo projects to analyze user interactions via heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms through regular audits and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to improve website performance and conversion rates.

  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize findings and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Stay updated with the latest analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve data collection and analysis.

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of this position requires:

  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.

  • Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag implementation and tracking setup.

  • Strong proficiency in Amplitude for funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and retention tracking.

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, custom reports, and audience segmentation.

  • Familiarity with Hotjar or similar qualitative analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
