Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting the wider team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks with precision, this role is for you.
Responsibilities within the team:
General Administration:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
Office Management:
Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
Team Support:
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and coordinating orientation sessions.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Ensure effective communication across departments to facilitate collaboration.
Required skills and competencies:
2+ years of experience in a similar position;
English – advanced level (speaking, writing and listening)
Knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures;
Knowledge of national and international regulations;
Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to summarize key points;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex legal concepts;
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities;
Orientation towards improvement and professional performance;
Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office suite.
