Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting the wider team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks with precision, this role is for you.

Responsibilities within the team:

General Administration:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.

Office Management:

  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-equipped workspace.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.

Team Support:

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and coordinating orientation sessions.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure effective communication across departments to facilitate collaboration.

Required skills and competencies: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position;

  • English – advanced level (speaking, writing and listening) 

  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures;

  • Knowledge of national and international regulations;

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to summarize key points;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex legal concepts;

  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities;

  • Orientation towards improvement and professional performance;

  • Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office suite.
